Is there ever a time when my handyman wouldn't be able to shop for materials and then have someone from customer service or the pro desk call me for my credit card number to pay for them?

I would open an account at my favourite home & building supply store with my credit card info on file & have the store call me or call the store ahead of time authorizing your handyman to charge supplies. I would make a note with accounts that everytime there's a charge, it needs your express authorization. Your handyman should have your show an ID everytime as well. I hope this a helpful suggestion.
