My parcel was scheduled to be re-delivered for November 7 and never re-delivered. The recipient complaints USPS knows nothing about the parcel. What is going on?

I have a friend whose wife works at a Post Office. She said to go to the Post Office with the tracking number and request to talk to the Post Master. They should be able to give you a better answer.

Ted, of course, I have the tracking ID. I personally shipped the parcel and scheduled that re-delivery. Now, they told my recipient they have no idea what parcel she is talking about. Does anyone know how to proceed next?
