I drop off prepaid shipping here fairly frequently. The staff is ALWAYS polite even when they are inundated with customers. Even when there is a line the wait is never THAT long. The staff all are well trained and patient even with less than polite customers.

Debbie is "AWESOME"!! I came into the UPS store on Greenback and Hazel in Orangevale this Tuesday evening, August 9, 2022 to get a document notarized. Debbie was busy helping another customer, but as soon as she finished helping the customer she notarized my document. Debbie was positive, knowledgeable, understanding, professional, friendly, and very helpful. Debbie gets a 10++++++ for the outstanding customer service that she provided me this Tuesday evening, August 9, 2022. I highly recommend using Debbie at the UPS store in Orangevale, Ca for any and all of your documents that need to be notarized. Debbie is "AWESOME" and she does a GREAT job!!!!

Everytime I've gone into this store to return Amazon packages there's been a line. The line moves pretty fast. There's no way around that with so many people shopping Amazon. People just need to be patient. These employees are continually kind and work as fast as they can to get people out of there. I've seen people treating them so rudely and not once have they been rude back. I truly appreciate their service and kindness!! You can't find that very much nowadays.
