We do! We have a few variants of R2 ranging from 3.99, to 9.99 for some of the harder to find ones :)
They do indeed have r2-d2 plus many other minifigures at a very reasonable price actually.
They just about have everything
Yes they are probably 30 dollars for 1 figure
They also have bin you can dig through to build your own, unique droid. It takes time but is a lot of fun and a low price.
