As far as I know there are no restrictions. You're probably okay as long as you don't fly it near the dam i would think. I have seen people at the lake with them.... I'm pretty sure as long as you don't go making it a nuisance by flying it around and bugging people or pushing your luck flying near the dam the FAA and authorities should not have a problem with it.
Maybe you would have to call the office of parks and recreation for the lake rules

Last time we went the ranger at the gate ok'd it. Just make sure you're faa registered and know and follow the rules.
