Yes it's still cold but you could do it I will be there this weakened
We swam two weekends ago when it was quite warm outside. The water was cold but refreshing. Not as cold as the high mountain lakes.
I'm sure it's still pretty cold and will be until the day time temperature gets into the 90s. The flow coming into the lake is all from snow melt. The water temp should be a bit warmer around the park area beaches. Please be careful and safe if planning to swim. Also wear life vests.
