Yes to vegetarian
I've gotten a veggie pastie there in the past. It was a bit salty, but kind of similar to a pot pie. Less soupy, more knife and fork....would get it again.
No specialty vegetarian options, but they have some dishes that qualify. They don't typically have reservations.
They do have vegetarian options, like salads, pierogies, pretzels, fries and an option of veggie burger.
I don't think they do reservations. Just first come first serve type pub. No idea about the vegitarian options.
Not really any vegetarian options, just standard British pub food. They don't take reservations as far as I know, its very casual. They do have an outdoor beer garden for extra seating in warm seasons.
Vegetarian options yes, but everything has cheese in it so not super vegan friendly. They will modify the veggie burger to be vegan though if you ask.

Not sure about the St Pats day reservations guide but no veggi foods.
