I went for lunch on a week day and the wait wasn't very long.
Never had that problem. Never waited longer than 20 and their stuff can be complicated. Crazy if true but smacks of exaggeration.
Once we were seated it didn't take very long for food, and we went on a Friday night
It seemed like it took longer on a Saturday night. But most places take longer at that time.
I don't know either, haven't had that experience.
I have always had great service over the past 3 years. I would recommend just letting know next time. They are good people with a wry low turnover. The owners and brew master are all wonderful too.
Wow.. not sure. My food is usually out in 20 minutes or less..
