Love this place. The warming pool is great for little kids (and parents) and the lap pool is cooler and deeper for the bigger kids. A swim test in the warming pool is required for the obstacle course.

Great facility, extremely professional staff and teachers. Pool is full of scores seniors pursuing wellness and health. I'm a #SacramentoCounty taxpayer and voter. Why no facilities for us in N Sac?

The team is amazing and the swimmers are super kind! I swim morning laps and I love being able to shower down after swimming in such a clean environment. Always a lifeguard on duty and the swimmers are happy to share their lane if it gets crowded.

Not good for kids unless you are enrolled in a class. Not sure how good their classes are. They were pretty clear that it was for adults. Mostly geriatric water aerobics. I don't know anything about that. The lady was rude to me. I arrived expecting public swim with a one year old in one arm and a 2 year old in the other. Online said it was available. She didn't care about breaking their little hearts.

You can eat in the lobby, but would prefer that food isn’t brought near the pool
A two week free trial membership is available. Other membership prices listed on their website. $7 drop-in rate for water fitness, lap swim, or open exercise. $5 per person and age 2 and under free for rec swim. $5 per adult/child pair and $3 for additional swimmers for parent tot playtime.
Absolutely. I've done a number of water exercise classes at the pool. Several people wear water shoes.
Not sure if little ones are able to access MSIP recreactionally. yet. I do know Roseville Aquatics Center is opening up. They do require reservations. You can check their website or stop by the Roseville Athletic Ctr next to Mahany Library, their help desk is wonderful. 😁
Not currently, unless she is actually in a class. They are limiting the number of people that are in the building due to COVID.
Don't know about seniors, but since they have adult and kids memberships. I'd say they do. https://www.roseville.ca.us/UserFiles/Servers/Server_7964838/File/ParksAndRecreation/Fitness/MSIP%20Membership%20Fees%20Updated%203.1.19.pdf Give them a call just to be sure
There's no hot tub.
Yes just check the schedule they have adult and Senior swims and classes
We don't have a membership, we do drop ins. But the usual season pool passes in the area are $99 for a family of four with a residence discount.
My understanding is no, swimming caps, and goggles are authorized. I would call though to confirm. I wasn't even allowed to bring my yellow rubber ducky "sam".
Usually 9 during the week , there are also free swim times during the day
Yes they offer yearly membership. They also offer corporate rates. You can check with the office.
No
Yes
Roof retracts when’s it’s 75 degrees I believe
They do, but only for swim lessons. My recommendation is that you enroll in a 30 min private swim lesson either twice a week or Saturdays for a month. The lesson will be catered to your needs and whatever you’d like to improve on. If you need to work on race starts you and your instructor will have access to the blocks. You can also work on correcting technique during that time and then build up your endurance by swimming laps during public lap swim. Hope that helps!
Yes
Yes 😃
Yes there are lockers. Just need to bring your own lock. Toddlers should be wearing swim diapers and probably something over it
It does have lap swim early in the morning so if you want to build up stamina that may work for you.
Only when Lap swimming in the lanes
From what I remember there was a 2 week free trial membership..
No, but they should.
Sat- sun 12-6 and a few hours during the week. There is a schedule post on door
We paid $5 per person several weeks ago
I have a year membership through Roseville Recreation $200 which gives me unlimited x with any facility. Also a monthly fee or punch card can be purchased but I don't know how much that is
I don't know exaxt temp but they are warm like bath water.
Most lap swim times are an hour and a half, if you don't have a membership it's seven dollers to swim for the day.
Cost depends on age and level of the child. I had kinder for a month at around $75.
A number of different kinds of classes
