The manager of this store scolds his cashier in front of the clients for serving a homeless person, he is an arrogant man who does not know how to treat his employees and discriminates against people because of their appearance

It is a shame that we live amongst people who act in such ways. Because kindness is still a free act in this country and it doesn't take much effort. As a person with leadership and authority there are much better ways to discuss things that he disagreeable with without belittling or humiliation, so shame on this manager for handling it this way. I'm sorry you had to witness this but it is good thing to bring attention to and corporate should definitely look further into this incident.
