I came here once or twice with friends and every time we came here, we were made to wait for stuff that would normally not take long at other Dunkin locations. I always wondered why until I started working here. I never liked DD anyways. I stopped working here after they cut my hours and complained about not making enough sales so they had to cut people's hours but yet they were hiring more people. Does that make sense? If you expect fast and exceptional service at this location, go to another Dunkin, preferably the one in the Glendale Galleria. You will wait a really long time for stuff here. Janel and Priscilla are especially very rude.

*Update* I wish I could give this place negative 5 stars. The app never works for this location and this location only. I can never order via the app as nothing is ever available and if and when it is, they still get the order wrong. It's not the franchise, just this Dunkin! Avoid this place! You know I really want to give this place 5 stars, but lately the staff is constantly changing... Orders are usually incorrect... Wait times can be really long... My kids love the breakfast here and even though there are generally issues.
