I'm moving to Creston this weekend How does garbage collection work? Weekly pickups? Do our taxes pay for this service, or do we have to contact a garbage company? Do you separate trash from recycles? Use our own garbage cans? Thank you.

Garbage is weekly. Kimble company. So far, WE do not separate trash from recycles and Kimble will give you a trash container for free. IF you need more than one container, then they will charge you for any extras. I believe we do have recyclable containers in town, maybe at Circle K? Sorry, not sure!

Who to contact about renting the hall? How much does it cost?

Across the street by library is Mayor's Court. In side is a lady in small office to the right as you walk in. She can help you.
