How the heck do i try and get pampered at this place for the lady that is working on my full set and she's falling a sleep and yet doesn't clean or take dead skin off ,but everyone comments nothing but good things. I will not be coming back

She offered to fix my nails but then i had to wait for another 20 minutes cuz she was busy she somewhat fix them but the experience at this location was horrible
