After reading all the previous reviews submitted by other customers, I was a bit hesitant to rent from this Hertz location. I was looking for a car that would accommodate seven passengers and I could not find anything at any other location, even from other rental companies. This location had exactly what we needed, so we decided to take the risk. The reservation took a little while but it was well worth it. The gentleman who helped us (tall, wearing glasses... I don't think I caught his name, sorry!), took the time to look for the best deal he could give us and boy was it a good deal! It made me nervous at first, especially with the extra credit card hold we had to approve, but everything went smoothly. I walked out of there with the perfect car, I kept it for a few days, and the return was a breeze! I could not ask for better service. Honestly, I have no idea what all these customers with low stars are referring to. 🤷‍♀️

They promise you they’ll pick you up they make a reservation for you to pick up an then they say sorry where short on staff NICE JOB HERTZ to top it of you have to wait an 1hr for the rental car to be ready . I don’t recommend this place
