What time does return desk close

in ceres at 10pm. they the female and male managers kept me there 3 hrs watching tapes ,said quote....i couldnt tell if you were a man or a woman?!!!?then at 10pm said..well its up to us if we want to return this cash or item we choose neither and you need to leave i said i want my reciept and pool no maam, we will contact corpret and call you or send you a refund . im still waiting!!!! im a 54 year old grama, who babysits all my gkids,and friends also..on a fixed income..can i please have a refund 'or pooland reciept back it was hatch road blk manager with white girlfriend or fling.in lust and a hurry1111
