My landline home phone service is not working. I can make phone calls but, i can't receive any calls.This problem started on July 7,2018. And, so far it hasn't been resolved yet? Do I get a credit on my account for the service issue?

You need to determine if your phone is the problem, since it is not Xfinity's property and they don't support it. Check if the ringer is turned off. If possible, try test calls from another phone. Swap out the phone with another one. You get the idea.
