All City of Binghamton carousels are free.
The was no fee for parking, carousel, or park entrance.
No entrance fee for the park. When I was at the park (about a month ago) there was no charge to ride the carousel.
there's nothing like this little Park in the whole area. No fee to enter the park. Small charge to ride the carousel. Kids will have a blast there.
