Counselors play favorites, do not research any rumors just spread them, violate HIPPA by discussing what is said in group settings with outside sources

They need more organization and more counselors who actually care rather than the ones who are there simply to make themselves feel important because they are "helping the addicts of Broome county", when in reality they help none whatsoever. All you do in sit and listen to people glorify drug use and suffer through the attention seeking antics shown by a huge majority of the patients. The counselors have no control over people & they play favorites as well.. I won't go into detail because anyone whose been there will know what I'm speaking of. I will say this, there ARE a couple people there who take it seriously & handle things correctly and to those people I give my utmost respect, but for the majority, they should never have been hired and put in charge of people's lives and freedom when half of them are barely out of addiction themselves. So please, acbc, get your act together because the intentions are great & overall it's a wonderful concept, but practicality and following through have not been strong suits as of now. Let's hope I can change this into a positive review in the future!

Reach out through social media and start a support group. Maybe something like a chatroom at first, and build on that.. See where it goes.

If Im bringing someone in to start do they have to have clean urine

That would be great but it is understandable if it is not. This way they would know how to assess them properly.
