I think we all need to stop the HMOs insurance plans, they limit us from getting the right care and we need to pressure our politicians to pressure the medical community to provide more natural means of medicine like Hippocrates promoted and stop trying to kill us all with what we don't need nor want.
If your insurance includes out of network benefits, you can file your own claims after each appointment. Visit your insurance provider's website and follow their claims process instructions. You'll likely need the receipt that shows the CPT codes. The front desk staff at Stram have been very helpful in providing the documents needed whenever I'm having difficulties with my insurance.
