Yes, you can request the tram at the admissions building and they will take you to the top of the hill. They also have wheelchair for public use.
They have a golf cart that you can request to take you up or back down

I didn't even know they had a tram only lived in Binghamton for like 2 years so I don't even know a lot yet
Not sure they have a tram I know you can rent scooters or electric wheelchairs if you need it haven't been there in many many years though
