They usually do that, just make sure you call with good time do they can fit you in thier schedule. They are great and very helpful. I like their customer service. Good luck.
They will pick you up depending on your zip code. You will go to the Chula Vista office and rent a car. Might be an extra charge when returning other than the place you got the rental from.
