Previous DL or Birth certificate but remember oct 2020 you need your birth certificate anyway for a real id Social Security card Proof of address - rental agreement, utility bill, and document the state has sent you within the last 2 months, bank statement within last 30days
You can bring your W-2 if your SSC is laminated
If you want the new licence you need original birth certificate/passport ,mail addressed to you, old licence and social security card not laminated
