Skilled nursing does have significant turnover in staffing, with some staff acting like they don't want to be there. Nice facility. They use med techs to distribute most meds, with a few licensed nurses. Quite a difference between the work ethic of licensed workers and others- probably similar in other facilities.
It's new (opened June 2016). Four levels: independent living, assisted living, rehabilitation, and nursing home. My in-laws have lived there since it opened. I was not happy with nursing home care. Their independent living apartment gets 2 meals daily, maid once a week, and no other regular services. They seem to have frequent staff turnover.
