I was sold a frame damage car.. they said it wasnt but had an Honda dealership look at it, and it was.. they spray painted the car white to try and cover it up.. now i have a repo from giving the car back.. instant auto should close their doors..
Yes they very rude. I think they racist. I swear I do just look at the reviews. Enough said. They cut my car off for $50.70 that I told them I have 1st thing in the morning when got off work. Told I could make online I did that now why car still won't start and can't make it this new job I just started. If they care how people get to work then should care how they getting they money as long as they getting it. I suggest that if you are if color get yo car some where else. Our struggles ain't the same as theirs. They don't understand and won't understand. Long story short I got find another job but I don't they wait for find one in order to make next payment. I bet they cut care off even with me making payments and trying
I have never had an issue with instant auto. Ive been using them since 2013. Bryan is a very nice guy. I had even been later on some payments due to a surgery and they were extremely understanding and helpful. I think they are awesome. Sorry you had a bad experience.
I haven't had any issues with anyone at Instant Auto. All have been very courteous and super helpful. Sasha was amazing when I first bought my car. I had some issues with it and they've been super accommodating to fix the issues in a timely manner and always nice every time I have to talk to them

I don't know why Chad would seem rude to any buyer. I didn't have any issues with either one of the sales reps at Instant Auto.
With what instant auto has to deal with, they are very highly rated and do a great job
