I was super intimidated by the idea of purchasing a vehicle when I had bad credit and a rough time going on due to a recent divorce. I contacted instant auto because I was curious about their process. I found a great Ford flex at their Olathe office and Paul helped every step of the way. He answered more questions than I even had, he made sure everything was in order the second I showed up, he made the entire experience go smoothly and allowed me to be excited about purchasing my new vehicle. All their vehicles come with a warranty at no additional cost that covers way more than I would have ever expected a used car dealership to include. A member of the finance team contacted me a couple days after purchasing my new car just to let me know how to do everything I needed to do moving forward with them and was very nice. A couple days after that, Paul contacted me just to make sure I was happy. That meant a lot, I am thrilled to death with the vehicle but even more so with the service. Paul at the Olathe office went way above and beyond and genuinely cared that I was getting a vehicle that would help me and my family enjoy the rest of summer and make memories in. I have already recommended instant auto and Paul to some of my colleagues and friends. Literally terrible !!! They lie and say they offer flexibility and they DONT !! You HAVE to pay twice a month if you get paid twice a month; they will turn your car off as quick as they can with no regards to you and you can’t even make payment arrangements until after 6 months !!! They are the worst!!! I will NEVER get a car from here again!!!!
