Tried to book for the low ropes course for a school group. I sent in a request over a month early and never heard back from them. Every time I called no one answered and every time I emailed I got an automated response giving me the person’s busy schedule. I would try calling when the schedule wasn’t full and again no answer. Finally got ahold of someone two days before my hopeful event and was informed that they were booked, even though the emailed schedule said they were available in the office this week. A simple call or email telling me they are booked over a month out, would have given me time for a back up plan.

TimberRidge does have an annual open house for the community that is typically on the last Saturday of April from 9a-3p. All of our amenities are open and free to the public that day. Check our website or the JCPRD Brochure catalog in January for more information. Thank you.
