They are extra as is the little carousel in the baby area. It was 50 cents.
The arcade is run by BNG amusement and is separate from the cost of admission. Most of the games are $.50 and some of the bigger prize games are $1.00. All of our other attractions are included in your admission cost. Concession stand is also a separate cost.
They as everyone has mentioned cost separate. I've never used them myself but it's off to the side in a hallway area not in the main room.
