as a loyal customer of 18 months with automatic payments taken out and then all of a sudden they stop servicing their vehicles except for warranty work without giving their customers any notification finally we went to Max Motors in Butler I got a brand new 2018 for about the same money that we were paying for buy here pay here I will never go back there and besides BJ was a total jerk he's a useless salesman ever call you back when he says he will the people there were just horrible
I've been with them for almost 2 years and have never had a problem. They fix my car, my car was a decent price, they work with me when I have emergencies and can't make payments. I'm sorry your personal experience was bad.
I feel your pain. I've had my ups and downs with this company. I've had late payments and yes BJ and I have gone 'round on a couple occasions. They have a rough clientele, undependable for a large part, and I'm sure BJ is a very busy young man. I leave msg and inform my intention and ask they call back if there is any problem with it. I am almost 3 pnts behind today due to new job and am catching up after this reply. They treat you the way you let them. I drew a line and they are good about not crossing it. They have a business to run regardless of our problems!
I had a terrible experience with them treating my family and I so terribly too.
I hear this company take your refund because you give back the vehicle for having engine trouble that they never fixed.
Not to mention we’ve never missed a payment and we were on automatic with draw and they still didn’t want to treat us like good customers. This place is a joke.
