It costs $20 for a simple watch battery replacement. The batteries are $1.25 at the dollar store. Two of my watches needed repair but they said they would have to send them out and it would take 6-8 weeks because it could not be done in house. One needed scratches buffed out and the other needed the hand to be put back into place. I was told I would get a text when it was done but never did. Would not recommend for watch repair or battery replacement.
