Sir Gerald Akbar
I have to say I had a good experience with these guys. Not intimidating at all and they don't judge you because they really care about you and what you have going on. Every time I had a question, they got back to me right away. I was referred to them and I'm glad I took the referral because I plan on recommending them to anyone who needs legal help.

It really depends on the laws in your jurisdiction and if it is your first offense. For a first offense, you will pay a fine and there will be additional charges by your auto insurer to continue to insure you. For second offense and onward, fines increase. Additionally, if you decide to opt for the help of an experienced attorney, you will be paying legal costs and fees.
Good question. Some states allow grandparents to petition for some visitation rights if the parents choose to not to allow contact and the grandparents can prove that visitation is in the grandchild’s best interests. However, the grandparents must remember that they do not have the same set of rights that a parent has to spend meaningful time with the grandchild.
