The staff pictured on the Google search is so friendly and sweet! I’ve been coming to this location for 3 years. Today was the first I have ever had a bad experience here with my daughter. I didn’t check my phone to Make sure it was 9 Am when they open on weekends. The door was open and the security guard who I’ve never seen before told me I couldn’t come in, It was 8:55 I get that I Technically can’t come in until nine but why was the door unlocked? I’ve been bringing my wagon in with my kid inside for about three months now and no one has ever told me I couldn’t. Today I was told I couldn’t which is fine but it didn’t have to be as rude as it was. The security guard had an issue with me ever since I told her that this is the first time I heard that the wagon was a problem . It was a short lady with short hair lighter skin. . Five stars for the old staff zero stars for the new staff. I’m already in a rough position this experience just made me feel worse. Please bring back the old staff
