I went in asking if they had any cash cars and was told they didn't have any. Then I asked what the lowest car on the lot was and he said $8000. I had over $10,000 cash. Take your money elsewhere 👎🏼

Went in because I was having issues with my van that I got from Metcalf auto which is the risk you take getting a used car but I’m so glad I chose Metcalf auto because when they heard about the issues they took VERY VERY good care of me!! If your reading this review to help you decide if you should get a car from this place YOU SHOULD!!! I’m a nurse a mom of 6 and they all wanted me to make sure that I was taken care of! I’m in my van now riding smooth and my next car will definitely be from here!!!

as a loyal customer of 18 months with automatic payments taken out and then all of a sudden they stop servicing their vehicles except for warranty work without giving their customers any notification finally we went to Max Motors in Butler I got a brand new 2018 for about the same money that we were paying for buy here pay here I will never go back there and besides BJ was a total jerk he's a useless salesman ever call you back when he says he will the people there were just horrible
I've never had a car from them that has broken down to the point of no repair that they haven't fixed. As far as credit goes. If someone does have bad credit and they pay their payments on time it will improve their credit. If you know nothing about them dont bash them. Everyones situations is different.

I bought my last car there outstanding customer service and. The prices are no higher than any other but here pay. Here if you choose to go with Metcalf ask for BJ tell him Deniece sent you. Awsome guy and a great sales man
