You have to go grandviewdmv/qless and make a reservation or you can call their number.
You can also download the qless app and get in line from there. The line starts 5 minutes before they open. I would be at the dmv around that time since people drop out of line early in the morning. The app said I had 37 minutes at 7:58. I was next in line at 8:05.
