I actually don't know the answer to any of that but I assume they just charge you to replace them. I don't think they would turn you away and send you out the door without a solution to your problem. I'm sorry your tags got damaged. I doubt if you are paying them money to replace it that they would turn that away.

Grandview has a ridiculous wait. The wait for dinners license is still pretty long as belton but it's better than the other options unless you want to head to Harrisonville or other small towns.

You'd need a Real Id for missouri in order to fly So from what I've just looked up you need 1. Identity 2. Lawful status 3. Social security 4. Proof of missouri residency I'd just check with grandviews website to be sure.

They have a number that you call get number from grandveiw dmv.call number they put u on list they text ur phone tellin u when its ur turn.least u can wait in ur car..its moves pretty fast.

You have to get on the City of Grandview website and log into the queue line. Walk ins are not possible.

You download the Qless app to your phone. Gives just picked up you and appointed time that you can get in to see the representatives of the items that you need. Pretty much should be placed in line and given the time that you'll be able to go in. And they range from an hour to maybe even 10 minutes but it goes by pretty fast

Yes you do need to get in queue and extremely early especially if you're getting a driver's Reservations open at 5 minutes to 8 within 15 minutes the line is full for the day. If you are getting plates and your papers are in order do it online. It is done via Qless No numbers are being passed

You have to set an appointment on the website a new system called QLess and pick which area you need to be seen MotorVehicle,Taxes, or License

Sign into qless at 7:50 am and select the Grandview City Office which shows up at 7:55. Be sure to keep refreshing until it shows up. When you select it, it'll ask if you want to get in line. Reply yes and it will tell you what number you are and how long the approximate wait time is. Then be ready to drive there when it says less than an hour. The time and you number can change drastically. I was #5 and 35 minute wait when I left home and the next update said I was #1 and asking me to check in. I had to reply 'more time' and it put me 7th with 35 minutes so you never know how it will change. I was the for driver's license renewal so getting plates is a different queue with different timing. Be sure you where a mask around the entrance and inside. Good luck.
