I have title that has previous owner and the person that bought truck before me that Never titled it what can I do now I'm buying truck?

The person you bought it from will need to title it in their name (and pay sales tax as well). Once that title comes in the mail, they can then sign it over to you.

Hi Violet, you may have to go in the dmv and ask because you don't want a penalty against you for what someone else did and you just purchased it. They are going to want all kinds of proof so the penalty can go to the previous person for not titling the truck when it was in his possession. All the best🤗
