I'd say without booze, if you're planning 2 courses & that's what you'll order, that'll come in around $50 per per person, pre-tax, pre-grautuity.. It is not the craziest expensive restaurant, but it's pricey by many standards. Honestly, the experience is totally worth it!
Service is 22% on the total bill and they ask for a "gratuity" ,we averaged $100 per head for 2 courses and wine. NO shorts or jeans or you will be turned away.
