Go how you want to go. No restricitions. Just make sure you have decent pants and shirt on. Other then that enjoy your dinner. Getting looked at for what your wearing is different then others doesnt change the fact you can still enjoy yourself and just be you.
I've seen people go dressed pretty dumpy but for the most part if you don't want to look out of place, business/casual or a nice sweater and dark pants would work. No need for tie or dress coat though.
Wear button up shirt, but no shorts.
You can wear shorts at the Anaheim location...I did..no issues

This one is a little loose on attire. For dinner business attire is fine.
Dress nice. Slacks, button up shirt at a minimum.
