Ashley caused my to miss my bus. By giving me what she wanted and not what I came in for. (BOGO jumbo jack) Attitude check in the workplace Ashley. And she was playing with the button for the restroom when I asked to use it. Restroom was dirty floor was wet. Probably the worst experience I've had at this jack. Get it together Ashley ❤️ 😤 🙄 👏 😒 🤧 ❤️

It’s very frustrating to deal with a location that really has no reason to continue to keep the restroom closed off to Customers. Theres no reason for this. So I say go to other establishments that treat there customers better.

MONDAY SEPTEMBER 7TH. 2020 The Jack on Ball and Brookhurst in Anaheim is open 24/7/365. Very nice people here also at the Ball and Brookhurst location. Adrienne
Ask for the manager, ask if they are hiring & let him know your situation, they'll either say yes or no.. 50/50 shot...
Don't waste time on here with sentences like that. Ask to speak to the manager. I go to this location frequently and the staff is always on point.
