No, this is a family park. Last January 2021 there was a gas line problem. Have of the park was without gas for three months. Then we were told half the park will have gas the other half will get propane. It has been a year now and most of us are still waiting for our heaters to be converted!! Also, been living here 16 years and they have several problems with the water pipes and water is shut of for repairs. Complaints are received, but not takin seriously. Bye the time they convert the heaters it will be summer time, lol.
No it is not a senior community. Many windy days. It can be fairly quiet but loud music is occasionally heard in the park and from the events held at Lazy C Ranch. Police interaction = Crime, i have not witnessed. Domestic problems, i have seen. They are always shutting off water for repairs. Do your research if you are going to be the lucky area that still has gas or the unfortunate half that has been switched to propane.
