I went during the day and then again at Sunset and it was perfect. I think either would be nice but the night is magical because the balloon is lit up
What is the cost?
Only been during g the day, but I'm sure it would be nice in the evening as well.
There are more people in the evening and weekends but they will give you a buzzard, like in the restorant, so you do not need to wait in line
