Why do we come to this place and not another theatre? Four times now they have gave me tickets to a wrong movie on a wrong day. I'm really confused how some of these ppl who work here, have jobs....

I've been a dozen times with no issues, sometimes one person gets stuck with it.

It has 1 out of 80 real IMAX screens in the US. That's why I go, and I am from Wisconsin. (If you dont know the difference between real imax and fake imax, google it)

I've never had an issue. I use passes from Costco because they're cheaper but never been booked for the wrong movie.

I have never had that come up in 20 years...
