My suggestion is that you can park near the hospital where you don't have to pay and then you can sleep in the car because I don't think so anybody ask you that why you are sleeping in the car so just park the car where is safe and then you can sleep
You can, but I'd suggest a truck stop. They're safer being as police constantly come through them and truckers are always in and out

I spoke to the security that ride's around the parking lot and he said there's no overnight parking unless the vehicle won't run to and then it has to be removed by following day. And the manager needs to be notified of the broke down vehicle before you leave it for the night.
I don't think there's any parking in Walmart parking lot none of the stores will let you sleep there overnight they have security riding around to protect the store
