The customer service here is not even just abysmal, it’s non existent. We just walked through every floor and were not so much as acknowledged by a single employee, let alone asked if we needed assistance finding anything. My partner even noticed one guy glaring at him from across the way on one of the mens floor - why?! Most staff were on their phones or talking to each other, and completely uninterested in helping us even when we made direct eye contact with them. The store was not even busy at all, and most of them were not helping other customers - it’s a Tuesday afternoon. We were prepared to spend $$$$ here but not for that kind of experience. I’ll stick to shopping on their website or in our California stores where employees are helpful and kind. Take your business to Nordstrom down the street where they actually appreciate their customers!

Always have great sales. Get there earlier in the sales for nice things. You can get pretty nice designer things in store on sale that you can't online. I rarely buy any of it (as I own many of the items they sell and purchased it for cheaper a while back) but there are unforgettable pieces that will last you a lifetime if you treat them well.

Service was always top notch at this location. Although the store is kinda small, they have a tight layout and offers a wide range of selection of designer fragrance makeup skincare apparel shoes n handbags. My friend is a big fan of their mens apparel selection but their Women’s apparel selection isn’t as big. Still a decent store w good shopping experience.

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I paid $160 for tailoring on my already purchased dress and the staff lost my dress. When I called and tried to work with staff to find it, the "call back" I was told I would receive never came. When I called myself to follow up, I was interrupted and placed on a 30 minute hold. We still can't find the dress. The clothing sold here might be expensive, but I've received better customer service at a Forever 21. I will never shop here agin.
