Girl, I would complain right to the employee and let them have it. Its not the managers or corporates fault. Please, I will cause a scene if I have too.
Need to talk to a Manager if cant get hold of one then need to call corporate
Go to the Customer Service and ask for a Manger. If not, I would try going on the website & see where ( at the bottom of page) I can make a complaint.
