For anyone actually having the question on what you need, here you go. I will cover new to state registration and renewals. New to State -Proof of Delaware auto insurance -Proof of vehicle inspection -A completed Certificate of Title application (Form MV-212 you get after inspection) -Out of state car title -Delaware drivers license -Payment for Registration fees ($40) _________________________________ [Registration Renwal] By mail -Be 6 years old or newer. -Weigh less than 10,000 lbs. -Not require a vehicle inspection. Registration in person -Proof of Delaware car insurance. -Proof of passing a vehicle inspection, if applicable. -Odometer reading -Delaware drivers license -Current registration certificate -Payment for renewal ($40)
