We are planning to go next week. Is there a river near by and is there significant water to take a nice swim? It is the end of August, so I am worried we do not get a nice flow of water of the river. Any advice?

White rock has some water but it is worth driving to red rock for a swim

At this time of year your chances are slim for water. River is bone dry. Swim holes is all yiu have. We were thete in late July.
