Is it normal business practice for this store to steal from their customer's debit cards and refuse to send the product? That was out experience so just wanted to know if this is normal with this store?

I’m agreed this company is a scam, I just bought a coffee table for almost $1000 dollars, I noticed that is to big for my living room, I tried to returned it and they told me that all sales are finals. What kind of scam is that? I didn’t bought it from a clearance section. That’s company behavior should not be tolerated and accepted by customer. If this is not a bad faith or scam to customer I don’t know what else can be. Please never make a purchase at City Furniture is not worthy.

I doubt that. This is a super reputable family company. You might want to check with customer service.
