Called ahead to make sure there was a notary available. John answered my question and I let him know I'd be there shortly. It took 7 minutes to get to the location and john decided to go lunch. So not only did I wait 30+ minutes for John to finish lunch but he came back late and I missed the FedEx pickup. Thanks UPS and John!
