The manager and floor rep (Curtis) were extremely helpful. Curtis gave me time to walk around and look in my own without pressuring me to buy. He was very knowledgeable on the furniture and was able to give me real time info on what would be available and when.

I’m agreed this company is a scam, I just bought a coffee table for almost $1000 dollars, I noticed that is to big for my living room, I tried to returned it and they told me that all sales are finals. What kind of scam is that? I didn’t bought it from a clearance section. That’s company behavior should not be tolerated and accepted by customer. If this is not a bad faith or scam to customer I don’t know what else can be. Please never make a purchase at City Furniture is not worthy.
