Just went to the Erie Blvd restaurant and it was clean, service was great, and food was the quality I expect from Arby's. Could be under new management, because it was better than many.

Never been to that one but the one in oneida is awesome!
Wonderful staff, good food, and well kept. The staff actually tries to get to know you. If something is not right they will make it up to you, although they are pretty good at making things to order. The staff goes through the dining room to wipe down the tables usual after each use. The walkways and restrooms are mopped, although during wet weather sometimes a small puddle forms in front of the mens toilet, but can easily be wiped with a paper towel pushed by your foot. Mention it to the staff and they will take care of it. We usually go during a quiter time to take advantage of the "happy hour" discounts, although we have also been there during the busy times.
